二連霸宜蘭勁好十大好食餐廳獎項的百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳，假日來用餐請記得先訂位。因為，這間之前從羅東轉運站搭國光客運去逛綠舞日式主題園區，還有到綠舞國際觀光飯店泡溫泉時，在車行途中看到的宜蘭五結美食餐廳，門口懸掛的布條說明窯烤雞、五更腸旺分別榮獲第一屆與第二屆宜蘭勁好Top 10好食餐廳組獎項肯定，當時就想說有機會要來嚐嚐看。而前幾天跟朋友假日來宜蘭一日小旅行，午餐就決定選擇百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳，至於當天實際點來享用，包含窯烤雞與五更腸旺在內的全部菜色，都很合大家的口味呢！
這次假日宜蘭一日小旅行中午來用餐，連續入選宜蘭勁好十大好食餐廳的百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳，店面位置是在宜蘭縣五結鄉五結路三段上，餐廳後面有設置大停車場可供停車。
停車場入口這裡懸掛的大型布條，介紹百匯窯烤雞經過網路投票，還有米其林三星主廚江振誠先生在內評審團肯定，榮獲第一屆宜蘭勁好Top 10好食餐廳組獎項肯定，現在當然也是百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳招牌餐點。
雖然百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳停車場頗大，但因為是假日，但我們到的時候車子是停得滿滿的，還要稍等一下才有車位可停呢！
使用龍眼木燜烤，用來製作百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳招牌餐點窯烤雞的幾個大窯烤甕，是擺放在餐廳正門口旁邊這個空間裡，我們要進去時，剛好有店員拿窯烤雞出來要準備裝盤了。
進到餐廳時，整個用餐空間滿滿都是人，所以如果是假日要來這裡享用美食的話，最好事先電話訂位，免得現場候位要等很久。
在櫃臺這裡等店員清理桌子時，也看到了百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳二連霸宜蘭勁好十大好食餐廳獎項的兩面獎牌，而上面都有米其林三星主廚江振誠先生的親筆簽名呢！
入座後，大家開始看百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳菜單，也知道這裡可選擇菜色不少，因此考慮了一些時間後才決定要點的菜色。
吃合菜，有可能遇到吃不完情況，因此百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳在店內設置了好幾個打包自助區，可以讓用餐客人很方便地自行打包沒吃完想帶走的餐點。
百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳出餐還蠻快的，大家所選的餐點，點完餐之後沒多久就幾乎都送來了，因此先幫這些餐點拍張大合照，接著就正式開動，而接著就來分享部分自己有吃的菜色給大大參考囉…
窯烤雞。
來這裡用餐必點的百匯窯烤雞，店家是選擇溫體雞製作，而送來後要自己動手剝，因此等同行友人剝好後，就可以開吃了。
實際夾一塊帶皮窯烤雞來吃，我覺得雞肉軟嫩，而軟中帶些脆感的雞皮增添了整體風味，再加上本身就有蠻多雞汁，因此不用再沾隨附胡椒或雞油就相相當夠味。
五更腸旺。
另一道獲得第二屆宜蘭勁好Top 10好食餐廳組獎項肯定，也是現在來這裡必點的五更腸旺，乍看跟在其它店家吃的沒有太大不一樣，但實際入口後，剛開始會先享受到夠味的嫩彈鴨血跟軟嫩大腸，而沒多久後一股不會很重的麻香味接著出現，讓整體風味有所變化，這時也才知道百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳五更腸旺的特別之處呢！
清燉西魯肉。
屬於湯品的清燉西魯肉，是百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳推薦菜色之一，至於這道古早味台菜辦桌料理，使用了大白菜、紅蘿蔔絲、香菇絲、扁魚、炸好的蛋酥…等食材，用湯杓一撈都是滿滿的料，而稍微勾芡帶著舒服甜味的湯喝起來也很棒呢！
豆酥扁鱈。
以扁鱈跟豆酥為主角這道菜，魚肉吃起來肉質細緻且，加上增添口感與香氣的豆酥，我覺得是大小朋友都會喜歡的一道餐點。
鹽烤白蝦。
這道鹽烤白蝦是上桌後才點火燜烤，而等蝦子熟了，然後將殼剝掉後吃進嘴裡，可以感受到蝦肉口感Q彈且肉汁頗多，並且帶著些胡椒香氣跟微微辣味呢！
椒鹽中卷。
上桌後香氣頗明顯的椒鹽中卷，主角中卷吃起來外層粉皮帶著酥脆感與椒鹽香氣，裡面肉質則是Q中帶軟，搭配花生、蔥花、蒜末…等增添風味的配料，我個人還蠻喜歡這道菜的。
脆皮肥腸。
這道適合下酒的脆皮肥腸，先炸再炒過的大腸吃起來軟Q中帶有嚼感，而夾在裡面的韭菜，則讓味道更有變化，單獨享用就很夠味了。
雞油燜竹筍。
屬於經典客家台菜的這道雞油燜竹筍，桂竹筍吃起來在滑順脆口中還帶著雞油的淡淡香氣，很適合搭白飯來吃呢！
這次來百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳用餐，包括一定要點的百匯窯烤雞跟五更腸旺在內，當天實際有吃到的餐點，大家都覺得相當不錯，而這裡也有蠻大停車場可供停車，甚至要搭宜蘭縣公車、台灣好行冬山河線，或者是台北到羅東國道客運來用餐也還OK，因此大大之後到宜蘭玩，如果想找快炒餐廳用餐的話，有機會就不妨來百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳實際嚐嚐它們家的餐點吧！
