二連霸宜蘭勁好十大好食餐廳獎項的百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳,假日來用餐請記得先訂位。因為,這間之前從羅東轉運站搭國光客運去逛綠舞日式主題園區,還有到綠舞國際觀光飯店泡溫泉時,在車行途中看到的宜蘭五結美食餐廳,門口懸掛的布條說明窯烤雞、五更腸旺分別榮獲第一屆與第二屆宜蘭勁好Top 10好食餐廳組獎項肯定,當時就想說有機會要來嚐嚐看。而前幾天跟朋友假日來宜蘭一日小旅行,午餐就決定選擇百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳,至於當天實際點來享用,包含窯烤雞與五更腸旺在內的全部菜色,都很合大家的口味呢!

這次假日宜蘭一日小旅行中午來用餐,連續入選宜蘭勁好十大好食餐廳的百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳,店面位置是在宜蘭縣五結鄉五結路三段上,餐廳後面有設置大停車場可供停車。

停車場入口這裡懸掛的大型布條,介紹百匯窯烤雞經過網路投票,還有米其林三星主廚江振誠先生在內評審團肯定,榮獲第一屆宜蘭勁好Top 10好食餐廳組獎項肯定,現在當然也是百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳招牌餐點。

雖然百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳停車場頗大,但因為是假日,但我們到的時候車子是停得滿滿的,還要稍等一下才有車位可停呢!

使用龍眼木燜烤,用來製作百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳招牌餐點窯烤雞的幾個大窯烤甕,是擺放在餐廳正門口旁邊這個空間裡,我們要進去時,剛好有店員拿窯烤雞出來要準備裝盤了。

來這裡用餐必點的百匯窯烤雞,店家是選擇溫體雞製作,而送來後要自己動手剝,因此等同行友人剝好後,就可以開吃了。

實際夾一塊帶皮窯烤雞來吃,我覺得雞肉軟嫩,而軟中帶些脆感的雞皮增添了整體風味,再加上本身就有蠻多雞汁,因此不用再沾隨附胡椒或雞油就相相當夠味。

另一道獲得第二屆宜蘭勁好Top 10好食餐廳組獎項肯定,也是現在來這裡必點的五更腸旺,乍看跟在其它店家吃的沒有太大不一樣,但實際入口後,剛開始會先享受到夠味的嫩彈鴨血跟軟嫩大腸,而沒多久後一股不會很重的麻香味接著出現,讓整體風味有所變化,這時也才知道百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳五更腸旺的特別之處呢!

屬於湯品的清燉西魯肉,是百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳推薦菜色之一,至於這道古早味台菜辦桌料理,使用了大白菜、紅蘿蔔絲、香菇絲、扁魚、炸好的蛋酥…等食材,用湯杓一撈都是滿滿的料,而稍微勾芡帶著舒服甜味的湯喝起來也很棒呢!

這道鹽烤白蝦是上桌後才點火燜烤,而等蝦子熟了,然後將殼剝掉後吃進嘴裡,可以感受到蝦肉口感Q彈且肉汁頗多,並且帶著些胡椒香氣跟微微辣味呢!

上桌後香氣頗明顯的椒鹽中卷,主角中卷吃起來外層粉皮帶著酥脆感與椒鹽香氣,裡面肉質則是Q中帶軟,搭配花生、蔥花、蒜末…等增添風味的配料,我個人還蠻喜歡這道菜的。

這道適合下酒的脆皮肥腸,先炸再炒過的大腸吃起來軟Q中帶有嚼感,而夾在裡面的韭菜,則讓味道更有變化,單獨享用就很夠味了。

屬於經典客家台菜的這道雞油燜竹筍,桂竹筍吃起來在滑順脆口中還帶著雞油的淡淡香氣,很適合搭白飯來吃呢!

這次來百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳用餐,包括一定要點的百匯窯烤雞跟五更腸旺在內,當天實際有吃到的餐點,大家都覺得相當不錯,而這裡也有蠻大停車場可供停車,甚至要搭宜蘭縣公車、台灣好行冬山河線,或者是台北到羅東國道客運來用餐也還OK,因此大大之後到宜蘭玩,如果想找快炒餐廳用餐的話,有機會就不妨來百匯窯烤雞快炒餐廳實際嚐嚐它們家的餐點吧!
