說到過年期間上網看到的Kamee咖米網站，一開始我是對首頁的Simply Better Health口號感興趣，所以就繼續看看它們家有什麼服務？
一開始，直覺Kamee咖米是販售保健食品的網站，所以就先看有哪些商品可以選擇？而實際到商品頁面查看，發現是顆計價，而且價格實惠，因此就再仔細查看，結果知道這裡還有提供更方便的功能，也是這個網站的核心服務「Kamee咖米個人化保健食品智能訂閱服務」。
簡單來說，Kamee咖米提供的個人化保健品訂閱服務，就是透過專業醫療團隊設計的KIHAS智能健康推薦系統，找出購買者專屬自己所需的每日營養方案。
實際填寫這份問卷時，花費的時間沒有超過五分鐘，詢問的問題只要依實際情況點選回答即可。
問卷填寫完之後，很快就會出現專屬自己所需的每日營養方案，而以我的方案來說，會有五種健康食品，一天金額26元很實惠，後續我就選擇運費最便宜的超商取貨來訂閱。
確定訂閱後，在會員頁面就能看到相關資訊，而且後續不想訂購的話，也可以在這裡很快地進行取消動作。此外，收到後如果覺得不滿意，也能無條件退換貨；若要更改品項的話，也可以隨時調整下個月的營養方案。更棒的是，若有一兩天忘記吃的話，咖米還有設計一個「延後訂閱」按鍵，按下後就能讓下一期商品延後兩天寄過來呢！
訂閱後，很快就收到取貨通知，到了超商取回我的訂製保健食品拆開查看，發現箱子裡的包裝不會讓這些包裝好健康食品受到碰撞而有損傷。
全部收到物品，包括裝有一個月量咖米包（30包）的咖米盒子，以及每一種健康食品的說明小卡。
裝著30包咖米包這個咖米盒子，已經有設置開口，讓購買者能方便地取出裡面的咖米包。另外，盒子側邊還有長條型觀測窗，能清楚看到剩餘的咖米包還有多少，我覺得是個蠻貼心的設計。
盒身側面，有廠商與內容物相關資訊。
隨附的說明小卡，有每一種健康食品的介紹、成分與營養標示…等資訊，可以看到咖米的產品來源標示很清楚，有美國、日本等國外進口，也有台灣本土大廠製造，讓人感到很安心。
實際從咖米盒子拿出1包咖米包，由於開口有經過設計，因此相當好抽取。
採用透明包裝的咖米包，可以很清楚看到全部的保健食品。
這包裡面的5種健康食品，都是錠劑或膠囊，因此服用時不會有讓人覺得不舒服的味道（如苦味）出現。
最後，體驗完咖米的服務讓我覺得就像是擁有一個個人健康助理一樣，回覆完智能問卷後就可以知道需要補充哪幾種健康食品，並且寄來的客製化保健食品已經分裝好，所以只要一天從咖米盒子取出1包咖米包服用即可，簡單方便不會忘，加上價格蠻實惠，而且訂閱制購買方式，每個月會定時寄送，也不用怕漏買狀況發生，所以目前有吃1種以上健康食品，或是想買健康食品補充營養的大大，就不妨考慮使用這個能打造專屬自己每日營養方案的Kamee咖米個人化保健品訂閱服務吧！
