前幾天跟朋友在找捷運國父紀念館站美食吃晚餐過程中,在巷弄裡發現這家新開的台北鰻魚飯三河中川屋光復南店。而提供道地名古屋吃法鰻魚飯,由來自日本愛知縣,曾擔任新加坡米其林指南必比登推介餐廳主廚中川浩希先生所開設的日本關西風鰻魚飯うなぎ三河中川屋,沒想到也插旗台北東區餐廳激戰區,所以就小奢華一下,來吃新開幕分店三河中川屋鰻魚飯,享受以備長炭高溫現烤日本風味鰻魚飯一飯三吃的美味吧!
在光復南路巷子裡的三河中川屋光復南店,從捷運國父紀念館站或捷運忠孝敦化站步行過來都可以。
店門口一旁的牆上海報,介紹了うなぎ三河中川屋歷史與社長中川浩希先生經歷。
店裡座位數不多的三河中川屋光復南店,主要以方便能併桌雙人桌座位為主,然後還有幾個單人座位。
三河中川屋光復南店菜單部分,包括有鰻櫃套餐、鰻魚丼、鰻魚套餐,以及單點品項的鰻魚料理。另外,三河中川屋菜單還有非鰻魚的牛肉櫃套餐、豬肉櫃套餐、雞肉櫃套餐與秋刀魚櫃套餐可以選擇。
由於三河中川屋餐點是現點現做,因此點完要吃的餐點後, 便趁著等候過程中,先看一下桌上小立牌了解鰻魚飯如何一鰻三吃。另外,因為是新開幕,因此目前來用餐都打九折說…
對了,桌上還有放置山椒粉,以及原味、甘味兩種醬汁讓客人視需要自行取用。接著,就來簡單分享一下我們這天吃的餐點囉…
特盛鰻櫃套餐。
隨附的醃漬小菜,以及一鰻三吃會用到的白蔥、芥末與海苔絲。
對喜歡吃鰻魚飯的我來說,看到鋪在碗裡白飯上,剛用備長炭烤好的大片鰻魚,拍完照片不囉唆馬上開吃。
道地名古屋吃法鰻魚飯三吃,將大碗裡的飯跟鰻魚分成四等分後,第一吃來吃原味。而首先品嚐的鰻魚,吃起來肉質細緻,至於燒烤時塗在鰻魚上面的醬汁,我自己覺得它的甜味不會過頭,然後搭配碳烤香氣與鰻魚肉本身香味,整體口感舒服、夠味,真的很好吃呢!
飯的部分,因為有淋上醬汁,吃起來在白飯本身Q度與甜味外,還會帶些濕潤度與醬汁甜味,整體味道蠻不錯的。
吃完原味,接著第二吃是加入芥末、白蔥跟海苔絲,然後攪拌均勻再吃,而這時會多了芥末嗆味,一點點辣味白蔥清甜味,以及海苔絲香氣,會讓整體吃起來味道更豐富。不過,我覺得三河中川屋光復南店附的芥末頗嗆,因此建議來吃的大大可以先嚐一點點試試看味道,再決定要放多少量進小碗裡,免得吃起來太嗆會受不了。
第三吃,是將飯、鰻魚、芥末、白蔥跟海苔絲都放入小碗後,再倒進隨附的高湯變成鰻魚茶泡飯來吃。而實際吃進嘴裡,由於鰻魚與白飯上醬汁甜味融入高湯裡,因此感受到的甜味會比吃原味時淡上一些,不過會多了 濕潤口感,至於本身帶著淡淡甜味高湯,則會多了一股明顯甜味與一些芥末嗆味,這樣的味道也另有一番風味。
大盛鰻魚丼飯。
朋友吃的鰻魚丼飯,主角鰻魚跟我吃的鰻櫃套餐不同之處,就是切得比較大塊,一塊吃下去能享受更多鰻魚美味。
鰻魚玉子燒。
這道鰻魚玉子燒,在軟綿大塊玉子燒中包了鰻魚,因此在口中除了高湯甜味與蛋甜味外,多了鰻魚上醬汁甜味,還有細緻魚肉甜味,讓吃起來整體口感很豐富呢!
雞皮串。
三河中川屋光復南店這裡的雞皮串,燒烤時應該只塗了淡淡醬汁,因此吃起來在帶有酥脆口感外,雞皮發散出來香氣也特別明顯,但要趁熱吃才能完全享受它的美味。
這回在新開幕三河中川屋光復南店用餐,這裡現點現烤的關西風鰻魚真的好吃,而且如果是點鰻櫃套餐的話,還能用名古屋一鰻三吃方式,享受不同口感鰻魚美味。因此,大大如果在台北東區這裡想吃日式鰻魚飯店家的話,可以考慮到三河中川屋光復南店用餐哦!
